Q: Is a particular geographical region necessary for registration on the National Notarial Centralized Verification System?

A: All notaries public who live in the USA and meet the eligibility requirements can register for the system.

 

Q: To be a part of the National Notarial Centralized Verification System, what do I need to do?

A: To register, individuals with a valid notary license in the United States must submit:

   - Copy of Valid Notary License.

   - Scan of Valid Photo ID.

   - A 2x2 profile picture with a white background.

   - Answers to basic questions.

   - Other basic required information such as address, commissioned name, and contact  

     information.

 

Q: After submitting my registration, how long will it take for my approval through the National Notarial Centralized Verification System?

A: Approval typically takes 24-48 hours. You will receive an email with either your sign-up details or reasons for application denial.

 

Q: Is it possible for me to submit my registration again after it was rejected? 

A: Yes, you can re-submit your registration at any point following a rejection. Ensure all data and paperwork are up-to-date to minimize the chance of denial.

 

Q: Do you offer a free trial?

Q: At what point do I need to commit to a payment for a subscription?

A: After your application is approved, choose a subscription package (Monthly, Yearly, or Free Version) when you log in for the first time.

 

Q: I recently subscribed to a monthly service, but decided that it wasn't what I wanted. Can I get a refund?

A: We do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription three days before your next payment is due.

Q: Can I change my login password?

A: Yes, once logged in, you can change your password in the settings section located in the right upper corner of the platform.

 

Q: Is it necessary to acquire a Mobile Biometric Tablet to access the National Notarial Centralized Verification System?

A: No, a tablet is not required. The system can be accessed via mobile devices, laptops, desktops, or regular tablets with internet connectivity. However, without a tablet, capturing signers' thumbprints is not possible. Check your state regulations for thumbprint requirements.

 

 

Remote Online Notarization (RON) FAQ

 

Q: How much does the Remote Online Notarization cost?

A: We offer two pricing options: a monthly subscription or a yearly subscription, where you get two months free.

 

Q: What is included in Remote Online Notarization?

A: Remote Online Notarization includes everything a notary needs to legally perform Electronic Notarization.

 

Q: Does RON from NNCVS Provide a KBA or Credential Analysis?

A: Yes, our platform provides a credential analysis and KBA. If a notary opts for ID verification instead of personal acquaintance, there's a fee of $1.50 per person for credential analysis.

 

Q: Are there any other monthly or yearly fees?

A: No, there are no additional fees associated with the platform or RON itself.

 

Q: Is there a limit on the number of RON Sessions or Seals I can use?

A: No, there are no limitations. You can perform as many notarizations as you wish without extra charges.

 

Q: Is there a Video Limitation for a RON Session?

A: No, there is no limitation on the duration of video sessions.

 

Q: Who provides the Video Technology on your platform?

A: We have developed our own video platform from scratch. We do not rely on third-party video technology.

 

Q: Do I have access to the history of performed RON sessions?

A: Yes, all successfully performed RON sessions are stored in your history, and you can review them at any time.

 

Q: Are the Sessions stored as required by law?

A: Yes, all sessions are digitally ZIP filed and stored for a minimum of 10 years, as required by law.

 

Q: How will my client receive a signed Notarized PDF document?

A: After the session, the signee receives an email with the PDF of the signed documents.

 

Q: Is the PDF sealed with the Public Key to prevent tampering?

A: Yes, after the session, the PDF is sealed with your IdenTrust Certificate, confirming your identity as the notary and the authenticity of the electronic seal.
